From A for request to A for billing
- We bring everything we need. Glasses, ice, all ingredients, mobile bars (Quantity depending on VA size) music system and lights.
- We only need a place for the bar and electricity.
You have found the Singing Bartenders site, wonderful, that is the first step to a successful event.
Now you ask us for the date, either
- via the contact form or
- You write us a mail
- You call us
The more details about the venue, the expected number of guests and other special features you tell us in advance, the more concrete we can keep our offer.
If the date is still available with us and we have all the necessary information, you will receive a detailed written offer from us.
Since such an event is always very individual, we discuss and optimize the offer until everything fits for you. And because we have to plan many events, the offer is usually not valid for more than 2 – 4 weeks.

If you like the offer, then you can accept it directly online. To do this, you will receive from us a special link where you can see all the items individually in detail.
If you have accepted our offer, you will immediately receive a written order confirmation. Then the date is fixed and we start the detailed planning.
You will receive an individual cocktail card with your logo and the desired cocktails. Of course, we will discuss this with you in advance. We can also send you a “sample” cocktail menu in advance.

Approx. 2 weeks before the event we will contact you again to clarify the details:
- Exact place of performance, if necessary stand number
- When exactly should we start?
- When can we start with the set-up?
We usually arrive with a van, if necessary with a trailer. For this we need a free parking space.
The set-up should be possible approx. 2 hours before the start of the event.
To ensure that we are fast and mobile, we have everything “on wheels” with us. The access to the booth or the venue should therefore be as barrier-free as possible, i.e. not contain any stairs or landings or have an elevator.
For the bar incl. storage space for the ingredients and music system including speakers we need approx. 4 x 2 meters of space and a power outlet 10A (no power current).
The bar should be able to be placed in a central location that guests can easily reach and see.
After the bar and music system is set up, we can play background music.
We start by direct arrangement with you by musically announcing the bar opening.
There is a bar card at the bar with the cocktails, guests point to the drink they want and Art and Mark prepare them while their vocal performance is on. Everything goes seamlessly hand in hand.
The used glasses are usually cleared by the booth staff (trade show parties) or even by their own helpers brought along. If there is a dishwashing facility available, this would be helpful, but is not mandatory, as we always have enough glasses with us.
After the bar is closed (always after consultation with you), we can still run some background music while we clean up and dismantle the bars. Dismantling always takes place directly after the event and enough time should be planned for it.
After the event, you will receive a written invoice from us as agreed, which must usually be paid within 7 days.
The invoice for the event is generated directly from the quote. This ensures that everything runs correctly and nothing is forgotten or overcharged.
The cocktails are charged according to consumption, we count during the event and also check again about the glasses brought.
